The book was not what I expected. I thought it would be more on how to live with less clutter.

Quick informative read, good ideas/suggestions. Would recommend as a basic minimalist foundation for both “newbies” and seasoned minimalist enthusiasts alike.
A good option for those who want some simple, practical suggestions on how to embrace a simpler lifestyle. Nothing earth shaking or mind blowing, just common sense.
90% of the book related to mental and spiritual issues as well as the need to get exercise and 'let it be'.
At the beginning of the book, I really was hopeful that I would get some great information. However, this book is less about minimalism and more the author’s life philosophy. There are many statements made without sources to back up their opinion. Overall, it was not what I was expecting or hoping for.
